Vehicle Condition & Liability

Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to your scheduled detailing service. Our team is not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle.

Because exterior detailing includes waxing and surface enhancement, existing scratches, dents, and imperfections may become more visible once the service is completed.

Before beginning any work, we will take photos of the vehicle’s interior and exterior to document its condition. These images serve as a record to ensure clarity regarding any pre-existing damage. We are not liable for damages that were present prior to service.

All listed prices are base estimates and may increase based on vehicle condition, including excessive dirt, grime, pet hair, stains, or other factors requiring additional time and labor. Marshall’s Mobile Detailing reserves the right to adjust pricing upon inspection and to decline services at its discretion. If service is declined by Marshall’s Mobile Detailing, 50% of the deposit will be refunded to the customer.

We are a growing mobile detailing company committed to delivering high-quality results. To keep our services accessible, we currently require access to a standard outdoor water source and electrical outlet from the client’s home. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to earning your trust with every detail.

Travel Fee Add-On

Customers must select the correct Travel Fee Add‑On at checkout. This ensures accurate scheduling and helps us arrive on time. Appointments booked without the correct fee may be adjusted or rescheduled.

This fee ensures we can offset fuel and transportation costs while maintaining our commitment to delivering professional, high-quality automotive detailing at your preferred location.

Our travel fee is based on the estimated drive time from:

Walmart Supercenter – 7950 Craft‑Goodman Rd, Olive Branch, MS

 

0–15 minutes: Free

16–25 minutes: $10

26–35 minutes: $15

36–45 minutes: $25

 

We do not service locations more than 45 minutes from this address.

TRAVEL FEES ARE WAIVED FOR CUSTOMERS ON A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A $40 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable if the customer cancels.

Customers may reschedule their appointment up to two times using the same $40 deposit, provided that all rescheduling requests are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the forfeit of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again.

If service is declined by Marshall’s Mobile Detailing due to vehicle condition or safety concerns, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Trash Bin Cleaning Scheduling 

Please schedule your trash bin cleaning on the same day your garbage is collected. We do not remove trash and can only clean empty bins. This ensures we can sanitize your bins properly and provide the best results.
