Vehicle Condition & Liability
Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to your scheduled detailing service. Our team is not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle.
Because exterior detailing includes waxing and surface enhancement, existing scratches, dents, and imperfections may become more visible once the service is completed.
Before beginning any work, we will take photos of the vehicle’s interior and exterior to document its condition. These images serve as a record to ensure clarity regarding any pre-existing damage. We are not liable for damages that were present prior to service.
We are a new and growing mobile detailing company committed to delivering high-quality vehicle detailing at affordable prices. To keep our services accessible while we continue to grow, we currently require access to a standard outdoor water source and electrical outlet from the client’s home. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to earning your trust with every detail.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A $40 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Customers may reschedule their appointment up to two times using the same $40 deposit, provided that all rescheduling requests are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the forfeit of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Appointments affected by inclement weather (heavy rain, storms, unsafe conditions, etc.) will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
